photo was taken in June of 1978 during the Valcour I Race. Peter Belfield
was the owner. That's Peter sitting to leeward. The comment of the
day was: "What the hell is a J/24???" The boat is
now owned by Mike Quaid and is still actively racing in the fleet! |
