6:40 PM Meeting was called to order.

1. Reviewed the boats that were rated in 2008. It was decided that all boats had been rated properly. No complaints had been heard and the ratings on those boats were not changed.

2. Dale Hyerstay's "Request for Rating Review" was heard. It was decided that Chris Duley will contact the Chesapeake PHRF Fleet to see what their latest opinion is since they seem to have the largest number of C&C 99's.  We may also decide to look at the 2009 PHRF Book when that comes out and then make a decision.
