1. The pros & cons of the new US-PHRF rating tools were discussed along with the advantages and disadvantages of using select PHRF groups in our ongoing attempt to rate boats.

3. A By-Laws Committee was set up to review our by-laws and make changes where needed. The Committee will be made up of Geoff Halsted, Adam Dantzscher, Walt Marti, Chris Duley and Tony Lamb.
